Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] or 586-677-1650. We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered processing or has shipped.
Returns After Shipment
If your Mold Water Test™ System has shipped and you change your mind, contact us before returning it. An eligible system must be unopened, unused, complete, and returned within seven days of delivery.
You are responsible for return shipping. Please use a trackable shipping method and insure the package for its purchase value. We are not responsible for return packages that are lost, misdirected, or damaged in transit.
After an eligible return is received and inspected, the product purchase price will be refunded to the original payment method. Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are not refundable.
Items That Cannot Be Refunded
No refund will be issued for a system that has been opened, used, damaged, returned with missing components, or returned outside the seven-day return period. Refusing delivery does not replace the return process and may result in carrier and return-shipping charges being deducted from any eligible refund.
Damaged or Incomplete Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us promptly and retain the product, packaging, and shipping materials while we review the issue.
